MENTAL/BEHAVIORAL HEALTH High School/GED, Associates, Bachelor & Master Level Professionals with LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC
Job Summary:
Responsible and accountable for providing in-home services to children, adolescents and their families to increase family and in community, school stabilization. Assure program objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame by performing the job responsibilities individually.
Expectations:
- Provide short-term in-home behavioral health & mental health services to children and families who are presenting with behavioral and relational challenges
- Document in designated electronic health record promptly
- Communicate and collaborate with system partners, child family, and team members, to benefit youth and families
- Provide individual and family therapy to establish family stabilization
Professional Education & Licensure
MASTERS LEVEL:
- Licensed or provisionally licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, LCADC or MFT
BACHELOR’S LEVEL
- BA/BS in Psychology, Social Work, Child Advocacy or related field

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years experience working in mental or behavioral healthcare setting or in communities with children & families

Experience/Specialties/Requirements
- Bilingual (in different languages a PLUS), ABA, or sign language a plus
- Specialized certifications a PLUS
- 1-2 years of work experience with children and adolescent populations
- A valid driver's license and able to commute to homes/community settings
